"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it’s warranted. I had two separate policies canceled due to errors from this office, and the lack of follow-through was incredibly disappointing.

What made it worse was the complete lack of communication. I called and left messages over a three-week period trying to get the issues resolved and never received a single response. As a result, I was left without insurance because paperwork wasn’t handled properly and applications weren't submitted properly on their end.

Mistakes can happen and I ordinarily wouldn't have switched agents or written a bad review, but not returning calls or attempting to fix the situation is unacceptable. I ultimately had to switch to a different State Farm agent, reapply for coverage, and pay more for two new policies."

"I have been requesting a simple correction to my apartment number for over six weeks now. The number was entered incorrectly by this office, and despite multiple calls and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
Every time I call, I am told to “call back later.” When I do, Agent William is never available, and the staff is unable or unwilling to assist with what should be a basic account correction. Meanwhile, my information in the app still reflects the wrong apartment number.
It is extremely concerning that an office representing State Farm cannot complete such a minor administrative update. Changing a single digit should not take over a month and a half. This level of inefficiency reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards one would expect from a company of this size and reputation.
Clients should not have to chase their own insurance provider to correct an internal error. I hope this is addressed promptly, as this experience has been unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing."
